Check the warranty period for the product you purchased on the product page, our warranty period ranges between 3 and 12 months.
Contact us if you have received a faulty item within 3 days of receiving it.
Customers are responsible for the cost of the return postage for a warranty claim.
Warranty does not cover any physical damage, water damage, negligence usage - e.g. leaving a wireless phone charger on the dashboard while car is parked under the sun on a hot day without
a sunshade over the windscreen.
To be eligible for a refund/exchange, the item must be returned with all tags/manuals, and original packaging as you received it. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
